Our Immigration Process

The Steps Involved

1) Free General Assessment of your profile for immigration purposes.

2) Professional Advice based on current Canadian Immigration Laws and Policies.

3) Retainer Agreement. Responsibilities of all parties involved are specified. Professional fees are defined.

4) Supporting Documents -all file related documents must be identified and possibly translated.

5) Completing Application Forms- Our Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) will ensure that these forms are completed correctly according to Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations.

6) Submission of File- the complete application package, together with the necessary forms, supporting documents, letter of submission and appropriate Government fees, will be forwarded by our office at Horizonte Canadá- to the appropriate Canadian Visa Office in a timely manner.

7) Monitoring of File- our RCIC will be responsible to reply to any correspondence with the Visa Office and mediate on your behalf.

8) Interview if Requested- if an officer of the Canadian Visa Office requests an interview, our RCIC will be glad to help you prepare for it.

9) Positive Decision- by Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). We, at Horizonte Canadá, are here to help you to obtain an approval for your application in a timely manner Cliental satisfaction is our Mission.

10) Negative Decision -if the decision is a negative one by IRCC, an appeal may be required. Strict timelines apply, avoid delays. Contact your RCIC for support.
