Mr. von Cardinal is a licensed Canadian immigration consultant. He received his diploma in Immigration: Laws, Policies and Procedures from the University of British Columbia. He also has been awarded a degree in Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL) from Brock University. Languages: English, German and some Spanish.
Teresa von Cardinal is our well experienced office manager. She obtained her education in Mexico, where she was also a professional tourist guide and a translator-interpreter for a Japanese firm. Teresa loves learning about other cultures. Besides English, she speaks Spanish, Japanese, and some French.
Estela von Cardinal is a former law student from Carleton University. She is a much welcomed member of our Horizonte Canadá Immigration Consultants team. Estela assists with client care, office duties and immigration laws and policies research. Languages: English, some Spanish and German.
